Don’t Waste Your Energy

These are the words that we hear at many different times and places in life. Wasting energy is always been something of concern to many.

What energy are we talking about here?

There was a time when I was genuinely obsessed about understanding the very energy that makes me operate on a physical and mental level, in all quest and search and the little understanding I have about energy. I can now shed some light on how energy is conceived, harnessed and eventually wasted.

The nature of our making is, we are conditioned to attach ourselves to the energies around us and therefor sometimes we feel positive current other times not so positive , this is a conscious stream of energy interacting with us on many levels, sometimes consciously other times subconsciously.

Then we get the energy we long for, energy to be, do, act and create. This energy is quickly translated into something else, for example, if your carpenter and you translate your energy to making something that you don’t need , but you make it for a client of yours that needs it and in return he pays you with currency, then you have translated your energy into currency, now this currency is your energy , and now is totally up to you how to spent, invest or waste this energy.

It is wise to understand that, good positive energy that has gone behind obtaining the currency which you can do things with, do anything you do , Do Not Waste Your Energy as Dr Dub would say.
