KCG
The term KCG stands for Kasrani Central Gravity, this is a technique I discovered that I was doing for long time without knowing I was doing it. With greater attention and observation, I am now sharing this with people, constantly refining and learning more and more about the magical powers behind KCG.
So what is KCG, how does it work, what does it do, and how can be of a great benefit to improving the self and everyday life?
In terms of effortlessness and total freedom one must examine and understand muscle tension. Releasing the muscle tension totally, allows for a total relaxation and freedom to be.
KCG is essentially, a way of understanding that we do not need the muscle tension we use in our everyday life to be able to survive, in meditation every form of muscle tension must come to an end, this is great if it can be sustained and carried on in our daily life and applied to everything we do .
Now lets look at how to get into the KCG and explore it more.
If you stand upright and totally still. You will realise that you will need to find the Central Point of gravity under your feet to be able to stand still yet muscle tension free. This can be achieved , if the body is totally upright and balanced, now the muscle tension is released and allow the body to stack itself upon itself, if this is done correctly then you should experience weightlessness. Now that this level is reached, allow stillness to take over, and slowly start to create a small momentum spin anticlockwise, this should be as small as possible , bellow the level of using muscle tension.
Remember to always stay muscle tension free, while building the anticlockwise momentum.
When you fully get to know this momentum, you will realise that this acts like a generator of energy, that is grounded to the earth and you feel the big magical force under you. When this is practiced daily for as little or as long as you wish, then you will get the workings behind it, and then you can do it while walking short or long distances and even if you carrying things, all you need to do and always remember is to adopt the KCG position and balance your body, upright and muscle tension free and maintain the position consciously.
This will introduce new capabilities and will take all tiredness away, will kep you positive and confident to achieve anything .
